What Should I expect when visiting?

Dress. Business casual & family friendly.

Music. At Grace we sing the historic hymns of the Christian faith and some contemporary music. We don’t have professional musicians. We use the talent that we do have in our local congregation to sing and worship together!

Lord’s Supper/Communion  is a quiet meditative time were unite our focus on Christ in worship. We sing, we pray, we sit silently, we read scripture. All those who have trusted Christ as their savior are welcome to join us in remembering the death, burial and resurrection of Christ. If you are unfamiliar with Christian communion, we still invite you to observe.

Teaching. We offer both expository preaching and topical teaching each week. Church history has shown that God does not require professional training for someone to be able to shepherd and teach someone else about God. We acknowledge this. However, those that do most of the teaching at Grace have years of training and experience in teaching.

Children. Children are welcome to remain in the main auditorium with parents. We also have Sunday school classes for children of all ages.

Wednesday Meal & Prayer. During COVID we have been meeting on Wednesdays for prayer via zoom. We look forward to returning to our normal practice of a meal together and study time. Traditionally we provided a full meal those who attend the study. Many of us come straight from work. We pray, and then have a 30min Bible study in the scriptures.

Acts 2:42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.
